When can I expect my pillow to arrive?
The delivery time frame for your order varies based on your location within the USA. Once we receive your order, we strive to dispatch it within one business day from Monday to Friday.
For customers located in the Contiguous United States, you can typically expect delivery within 1-5 business days.
If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please allow for a slightly longer delivery time frame of 3-7 business days.

Is there a trial for the pillow?
Absolutely! Just like our mattress, we offer a 100-night trial period for the pillow. We want you to have ample time to experience the pillow’s comfort and make sure it’s the perfect fit for you. If, within 100 nights, you find that the pillow doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you with a return and provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your Ecosa pillow purchase.
Can the pillow help reduce my neck or back pain?
The ergonomic design of our pillow is specifically crafted to provide optimal support for your neck and head, with the aim of alleviating neck pain. It features an adjustable design that allows you to customize the pillow’s height to accommodate your body size and preferred sleep style. This is achieved by adding or removing pads as needed.
For individuals with a small to medium body build, we recommend using the pillow alone for ideal support. If you have a medium to large body build, we suggest using the pillow with one additional pad layer. For those with a larger body build, using the pillow with two pad layers may provide the best comfort and support.

Do I still need a pillowcase?
To maintain the freshness and cleanliness of your VionDream pillow, we highly recommend using a pillowcase. Using a pillowcase serves as a protective barrier, keeping the pillow free from direct contact with oils, sweat, and other impurities that can accumulate over time. By using a pillowcase, you can easily remove and wash it to keep your VionDream pillow fresh, clean, and ready for a restful night’s sleep.
